Umm.....

Ok, so I think everyone should have a summer vacation! Think about what the world would be like of we still had summer vacation. We could go swimming...all of us! We could eat ice cream with our friends at any time of the day. Here in AZ it would probably be for breakfast because at any other time of the day the ice cream would just be soup! Yes, AZ summer has officially found it's way to the valley. We've been well over 100 degrees for a few days now and our AC is running constantly. Ammon is having a fit with what he thinks is going to be a REALLY high electric bill. He's always worrying about money! I guess if he didn't we wouldn't be able to enjoy some of the nice things that we do, but it seems a bit excessive to me!

Anyway, I've had some time during this summer break to take a class, which so far is good. Ask me about it again in another 2 weeks and I may say differently. I start another class on the 7th of July. I've also had some time to read--which is something I very much love to do. I'm now attempting to work my way through our book shelves, which are very full of books Ammon has inhereted from one person or another. Most recently I finished the Work and the Glory series for the second time. I've also read a romance novel my Anita Stansfield, a Church author. I'm now reading Jacob, Have I Loved, which I haven't read since I was very young.

I'm also working on writing a Relief Society class lesson based on Elder Hales talk from the most recent conference that teaches about being a Provident Provider both Temporally and Spiritually. Any thoughts that you guys have regarding the topic would be much appreciated.
