Nothing new

So there really isn't anything new going on in our lives. We just sit at our respective lap tops and do homework all the time! We're so boring! Maybe once school starts again...yeah right, it's never going to let up! Anyway, hope ya'll are doing well! Can you tell I'm stalling...don't want to right my essay on "The Self". You know, who we are and such. I have to write it from the view point of my text book and not the Book of Mormon ;)

Oh, yeah, our talks on Sunday went well. The stake president was there to reorganize our bishopric. We got a new counselor. He seems like a good guy. Of course, because of this, we ended up with about 20 minutes to talk between the two of us. We each gave just small pieces of what we prepared, bore our testimonies and sat down! It was great! Who wants to stand in front of a bunch of adults for 20 minutes and blab about charity, anyway? I liked our short talks! Now we're of the hook for awhile!

The ward also reorganized the Elder's Quorum on Sunday, leaving a teaching position open in Elder's Quorum. Maybe Ammon will get a calling soon...I think we're ready! We really like our ward and are excited to serve there and get to know the members better. I became friends with one of them today during visiting teaching. She's great!
